Albert died suddenly in 1972. Yvonne, at that time a mother raising three student sons, found the strength to continue the studio. Thanks to her willpower and perseverance, my parents and I were able to expand that wonderful studio and our craft. We will always be grateful to her.[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line”][vc_column_text]\n

An ordinary woman,
\nwithout show or bravura,
\nbut she did not pass unnoticed.
\nFor her, it was not about prosperity.
\nNot always. She was tested.
\nBut she overcame her suffering proudly and wilfully.
\nBy moving on and not giving up.
\nWith her eyes on the horizon! On the future.<\/p>\n

The past was always put behind her.
\nWork has priority. A phone call was enough.
\nSo long as she knew everything is fine.<\/p>\n

That everyone is healthy and happy.
\nShe was a mother, a grandmother and a great-grandmother.
\nJokes and laughter abounded,
\nand never without a drink and a savoury or sweet accompaniment.
\nUntil the last, she continued to follow everything.
\nHer heart beat for her family, friends
\n& for the studio.<\/p>\n

She died as she lived:
\nstrong as ever,
\nwith a joke,
\nand the prospect of a toast.<\/p>\n
